In order to achieve change there are a number of practical activities that any organisation is likely to consider.
We use our outcomes framework to:
define the vision and strategy to anchor change
understand the evidence, the information and the opportunities of the current situation
model this information to develop options and business cases.
Our work always includes clear and realistic consideration of the external landscape, the commercial and alternative delivery opportunities and also draws on the lessons and good practice from other organisations.
Further to this, we recognise that successful delivery against these activities requires the key organisational elements to be in place – which is why we always start by assessing the core components of change.
