From the need to develop more homes and make stock carbon-neutral, to requirements for building safety enhancements and new consumer regulations, all set against a backdrop of increasing economic pressure, it has never been a more challenging time for Housing Association leaders.
On Thursday 8th September we are running a free 90-minute online bite-sized session on social housing investment, with Chief Executive for Homes England, Peter Denton, being our keynote speaker. He will address how Homes England has determined investment priorities, and how he sees other registered providers supporting this effort.
You are invited to attend the session in order to join other senior housing sector colleagues and discuss best practice in deciding social housing investment priorities. The session, which will include an opportunity for Q and A, is being facilitated by Kerry Tromanhauser, our Head of Social Housing.
Who should attend?
Chief executives, finance directors and other senior leaders with an interest in social housing and those responsible for organisational investment planning.
