When Optivo and Southern Housing Group formally merged, C.Co project managed the preparational activity in the lead up to that merger.
The approach
This involved designing a proportionate approach to project management, as this was not a discipline either of the two authorities maintained, engaging with key stakeholders to inform the plan of activity, mapping the critical path and addressing interdependencies and dependencies with other work which needed mitigating in order for the timeline to work and executing the delivery of the activity.
The outcome
C.Co successfully designed and developed the project plan and enabling requirements, and provided high quality project management expertise to navigate an incredibly complex merger and challenging relationships
