Our approach
We worked with the client to develop a new approach to the Council’s Troubled Families programme, working with its Health and Wellbeing Board and broader Partnership base.
We also supported the development of locality based multi-agency teams. This approach was highly outcome-driven and collaborative across all stakeholders, both internal and external.

The C.Co team led and facilitated some exceptionally well-attended events to inform the vision and structure and timeline for implementation of Locality Teams.
