Alison Stathers-Tracey

Alison brings her expertise and knowledge of current pressures in children’s services to support the creation and delivery of invest to save design and modelling proposals to local authorities, Integrated Care Commissioners for Children’s Services and education and care providers.

With over 20 years of experience and evidence of ways to transform integrated services for children and young people, Alison works alongside new leaders and organisations to create efficiencies to save money and reduce late demand failure across the delivery system.

Alison has a reputation for impactful partnership working and service remodelling. She brings a passion for prevention and improvement to Local Government and key partners to reduce demand and improve outcomes for children, educators and care providers. She has lived experience of inspection improvements from advance healthchecks of SEND and regulatory inspection of care providers to both public and private sectors to ensure smooth and successful outcomes – supporting commissioners and delivery partners to achieve positive results.
