Chris has over 20 years’ wide-ranging experience in banking and the public sector. These include more than a decade in senior roles where he led programme management and business intelligence teams.

Qualified in PRINCE2 Agile, Chris has managed high-profile, cross-cutting change programmes, specialising in the implementation phase – making plans a reality. He has enabled positive organisational change across a diverse portfolio, including digital transformation projects, the re-location of a Council’s headquarters and service improvement for children’s and adults’ services.

Chris is a highly skilled intelligence analyst and enables organisations to make robust evidence-based decisions. Known for his logical approach, he translates information into usable products and promotes opportunities for performance improvement. Passionate about data-driven insight delivering sustainable solutions to complex challenges, Chris has supported a wide range of stakeholders to understand, challenge and communicate business performance, to address strategic objectives, legislative changes, and inspections by central government agencies.
