An experienced consultant and chartered accountant with 25 years’ experience across the public sector, Jo’s focus is supporting successful delivery of local government change and transformation. She also holds governance roles in social housing and charities.

A deeply analytical professional, Jo works alongside leadership teams as a collaborative and effective partner. She drives positive change through building robust evidence bases, providing clarity and insight, effectively communicating complex financial and technical information, and developing strong relationships.

Jo’s background is in global consulting firms where she led large complex and high-profile projects across the UK and Australian public sectors, ranging from major ICT procurement and various transformation programmes to technical funding model analysis. She has a focus on commercial thinking in the public sector and her non-executive role with a local authority trading company provides deep knowledge of the challenges and practicalities.
