Neil has extensive experience of the social housing sector, working predominantly in Property Charges & Resident Services, with responsibility for process change, monitoring and modernisation, supporting system changes, engagement of key stakeholders, compliance, and preparing and funding business cases.

With particular expertise in stakeholder engagement and process improvement, Neil has worked to ensure compliance with building safety regulations, service delivery and value for money standards, the delivery of effective contractor management , resident engagement.

Neil has led resident engagement projects with housing providers and on broader projects to positively impact on their communities. He has helped ensure that cost recovery processes were effective, working across teams and stakeholders, such as Home Ownership & External Managing Agents, balanced against ensuring legislation compliance, particularly relating to building safety post-Grenfell.
