Sophie Coles

Sophie has over 15 years’ experience in NHS and social work services across the UK, including 10 years management experience within public and charitable sectors.

She has a proven track record for innovative public sector leadership, including leading frontline social work services in urban and rural authorities, and for designing and delivering large-scale change programmes. A key interest is designing sustainable service delivery in social care.

Sophie has been involved in developing long-lasting solutions to the social care crisis, including the redesign of reablement services, qualitative Homecare reviews and cross-partnership Single Handed Care implementation programmes. She is passionate about promoting co-production in public services, which maximises engagement, recognises the value of input from all stakeholders and leads to economic benefits for the public sector.
