We are CIPFA’s collaborative change management consultancy.
We develop long-lasting and meaningful partnerships with our clients, injecting both capacity and capability to support delivery of change programmes.
Creative, Curious and Analytical, we work with communities, businesses and public services to develop insights and new solutions.
We work with clients across all parts of the UK, including central government departments, the LGA, local authorities, the NHS, police, social housing providers and the independent/private and third sector.
We pride ourselves on delivering positive change, in a value-driven, collaborative and evidence-driven way.

About Us
We believe that well tested theory and rigorous evidence are important but that that they are irrelevant without practical delivery; and good delivery requires the right people for the job.
Our team is made up of people who have vast experience in the public sector. We have built our organisation around two key things, our expertise and our values and beliefs. Further to this, our trusted connections across the sector mean that we are able to supplement our team with experienced colleagues, who share the passion to make a difference.
C.Co’s roots are in the North West and our team has worked with and across a number of different organisations, to develop new ideas and share what we’ve learnt from our own journey. Whilst based in the North West, our team has worked across all regions of the UK, from the north east of Scotland to Cornwall, as well as Wales and Northern Ireland and understands the whole public sector landscape.
